George Douglas

George Douglas is the host of Renaissance Fare, a special monthly program on WCPE featuring music from the 1400s to the 1600s, the period of the European Renaissance. He is also a substitute announcer hosting different programs on the station as needed.

George serves as president of the Triangle Radio Reading Service, a non-profit radio station for the blind and visually impaired, based in Raleigh. George is also a hospital chaplain and serves on a volunteer basis at WakeMed Cary hospital.

George is a retired marketing executive from Time Warner Cable and HBO International.
