Bruce Huffine

A native of Southern California, Bruce was involved with music at an early age with classical piano and clarinet.

His first announcing role was for a weekly jazz program while he was at the University of Southern California at KUSC. Piano was a continued venue for classical, jazz, honky-tonk, and bar-style piano gigs during his California days while attending college. After moving to New Jersey, Bruce continued to appreciate and add to his musical collection in a variety of genres and recording media.

Upon moving to Rolesville, NC, with his wife in 2013, lo and behold he discovered behind their house was the broadcast tower for WCPE radio, The Classical Station. The rest is history with a continuing desire to share Great Classical Music to the listeners of WCPE to North Carolina and the greater global musical family.
