Andy got his start in music learning trumpet in elementary school, and he moved on to horn in junior high school, playing in marching and concert band through high school. As an adult he is an accomplished keyboard artist, writing virtuoso programs for Unix, Windows, and other computer systems. As befits such a background, he works at a network computer company called NetOctave.
