Born and raised in London, England, David is a man of many talents: singer, writer, musician and actor -- his acting credits include "Monty Python's Flying Circus" and his second 45rpm single "Love Around The World" reached No. 2 on the London chart.
After 8 years in the entertainment industry, he returned to college to study arts and languages including Music, Psychology and German. He was awarded a BA with Honors at Oxford, with a joint major in English and French. David is probably the only WCPE announcer ever to have appeared in 2 MTV shows! The first time he was singing with British supergroup Asia in the first-ever live satellite broadcast from the Budokan in Tokyo. The second was the launch of MTV Europe where he sang with a hastily assembled band which included John Entwhistle (The Who), Terry Williams (Dire Straits) and Phil Manzanera (Roxy Music). His voice can now be heard on numerous corporate videos and advertisements. |
